📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM AEST will be processed the next business day.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, and CouriersPlease.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days 

Express Shipping 1 - 3 business days

Delivery estimates apply from the time your order is shipped, not placed.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the link provided in your email or via sms.

⚠️ Delays and Exceptions

Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Peak periods (e.g., holiday seasons)

  • Carrier delays

  • Remote or regional delivery addresses

  • Extreme weather events

We are not liable for delays once your order has been handed to the carrier, but we’ll always help resolve any delivery issues.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
